Mind Power

Someday you maybe not realize that everything happened to you is from your mind, from what you think of. Your body just follows order from the mind and the universe respond it with the same feedback which is positive or negative. When you do something positive, the universe will give you positive feedback as well. When you do something negative, the universe will also give negative feedback. The question is how you can do something positive if the orders had gone out of your mind is negative. Not possible right? In other words, the mind is the control body.

Human mind has layers.  When you input on mind it will form a layer that will accumulate continuously. The same layer will attract each other and will be gathered into one group of layers. Layers derived from the negative input layer will form groups negative. While the layers are derived from a positive input will form groups of positive layer. Each new input into the mind will increasingly reinforce each layer group in accordance with its type. Some of the inputs that make up the positive layer is a sense of sympathy, happiness, compassion, sincerity, confidence, optimism, confidence, concentration. Some inputs that form the negative layer is anger, hatred, fear, anxiety, pride, envy, selfishness, hopelessness, self-pity, guilt, pessimism, self-conscious.
Mind Power is directing your thoughts toward a desired outcome. Put simply, what you focus on you attract. Focus on success and you attract success. Focus on fear and failure and you attract failure. Mind Power is understanding these laws and making our thoughts work for us. Your thoughts are the primary creative forces in your life. Use them consciously and use them often and you will awaken to a whole new life of power and opportunity.
What you focus on, you attract. The reason this is true is simple. Even though we are not consciously aware of it, we live in an immense quantum sea of vibrating energy that is ever responsive to how and what we think. Our thoughts are forever trying to express themselves in our lives. Our thoughts are creative forces, and the sooner we realize this, the sooner we can begin designing our lives with clarity and purpose.
Another technique of Mind Power is that of affirmations. Affirmations are statements that you say either out loud or quietly to yourself. You affirm to yourself whatever it is you want to happen.
When using affirmations:
1.  Always affirm in the positive. Make your affirmation a positive statement. Avoid asking yourself, “What happens if it’s a terrible interview?” or saying to yourself, “I’m so nervous.” These statements focus on what you don’t want to occur. If you want to be confident, use that word in your affirmation. If you want to be dynamic, use that word. Use the words that reflect what you want to happen. Be specific.
2.  Make your affirmation short and simple. Use a phrase or at maximum one sentence. Your affirmation should be like a mantra that you can repeat over and over again without even thinking about it. Don’t ramble on.
3. Don’t force yourself to believe it, just say it. All you have to do is repeat it over and over again and the affirmation will quite naturally have an effect.

Improve Memory

Some basic things you can do to improve your ability to retain and retrieve memories:
  1. Pay attention. You can’t remember something if you never learned it, and you can’t learn something — that is, encode it into your brain — if you don’t pay enough attention to it. It takes about eight seconds of intent focus to process a piece of information through your hippocampus and into the appropriate memory center. So, no multitasking when you need to concentrate! If you distract easily, try to receive information in a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted.
  2. Tailor information acquisition to your learning style. Most people are visual learners; they learn best by reading or otherwise seeing what it is they have to know. But some are auditory learners who learn better by listening. They might benefit by recording information they need and listening to it until they remember it.
  3. Involve as many senses as possible. Even if you’re a visual learner, read out loud what you want to remember. If you can recite it rhythmically, even better. Try to relate information to colors, textures, smells and tastes. The physical act of rewriting information can help imprint it onto your brain.
  4. Relate information to what you already know. Connect new data to information you already remember, whether it’s new material that builds on previous knowledge, or something as simple as an address of someone who lives on a street where you already know someone.
  5. Organize information. Write things down in address books and datebooks and on calendars; take notes on more complex material and reorganize the notes into categories later. Use both words and pictures in learning information.
  6. Understand and be able to interpret complex material. For more complex material, focus on understanding basic ideas rather than memorizing isolated details. Be able to explain it to someone else in your own words.
  7. Rehearse information frequently and “over-learn”. Review what you’ve learned the same day you learn it, and at intervals thereafter. What researchers call “spaced rehearsal” is more effective than “cramming.” If you’re able to “over-learn” information so that recalling it becomes second nature, so much the better.
  8. Be motivated and keep a positive attitude. Tell yourself that you want to learn what you need to remember, and that you can learn and remember it. Telling yourself you have a bad memory actually hampers the ability of your brain to remember, while positive mental feedback sets up an expectation of success.

Power of Thought
Thought power is amazing because you can literally think things into existence, into your reality right now. Well, this might sound crazy but warn you it isn’t. Sciences and ancient religions has proven that everything starts from the mind even the universe that we are currently in. Your reality expands as you think along and it is shaped by the exact blueprint you have in mind. Whether you believe it or not, you can manifest money, health, relationship or just anything if you dare to think about it. The matter of the fact is every living human being is constantly in the state of manifestation but most of them never realize this.
The sciences of quantum physics has already proven that the core of everything is energy, including our thoughts. So when you exert power over your thoughts, you are actually starting to create your reality deliberately. You shape them with an intent in mind. However, it is easier to consciously saying “I want more money” than actually producing the same result. Why? It’s simply because the unconscious working of your mind is acting from the negative point of view. Wanting is lack and it shows that you are worried about your current situation and the energy that you sent out is actually carrying the same kind of negative message.
The power of the thought lies not in what you speak but in the way that it is thought. In another words, the state of being when you think about it or to be even more precise, it is the feeling that you have when you think that thought. Now, one of the most powerful positive emotion is none other than gratitude. When you appreciate something, you are actually activating the law of attraction by using it to create more instead of less.
What you desire, you already have it, the universe is an unformed probability of existence. So by acting and believing as if you already have it, you are channeling your energy towards its manifesting. Energy flows where attention goes. You get more of what you focus on. It’s all here and your only job is to becoming aware of it. Manifestation is thoughts that get materialized and an expert is right when he said “Abundance is something that we tune into”.
The universe as the field of probability always responding to our thoughts, be it good or bad. For that, the secret of getting what you want or desire is allowing it to come into your life, so let it flows freely. I know it’s easier to say than actually doing. The mass programming is done in such a way that we feel fear most of the time, and fear drives us into a state of blocking and resisting. Mind you, our brains love to be bought into this hype.
But before you totally opposing this fact, do consider the sciences of quantum physics again. Not having it at the physical level does not mean you aren’t in the quantum level where everything is at possibility. Your mind always in contact with the energy side of the world and focusing on what you want will condense the packet of energy into what you want.
It’s already here, simply tune into it with your awareness. Your wealth determines by the level of your awareness towards it.

Brainwave
The brain is made up of approximately 100 billion nerve cells called neurons which communicate with each other twenty-four hours a day using electrical signals. The combination of millions of these neurons sending electrical signals at once produces an enormous of electrical activity in the brain and these electrical discharges can be detected by using EEG technology (Electroencephalography). EEG records this electrical activity as ‘Brain Wave Patterns’ – because of its “wave” and cyclic-like nature.
The presence of these electrical discharges indicates the different states, particular your mental state at a certain time. However, these patterns are not random; they are closely correlated with your emotions, your thoughts, your state of being, and every function of the various systems of your body. In short, the entire quality of your life has something to do with these patterns. It also means that what you do to yourself can influences your brain wave patterns. It’s like a meter that displays the state of your consciousness.
Brainwave patterns can be categorized into four main groups according to the frequency (Hz) range that they are in.
Brainwave Range
  • Beta (13 Hz – 30 Hz) – The normal state of wakeful consciousness; the state you are now while reading this report. High level of Beta is associated with alertness but it could also be linked to anxiety, uneasiness, stress and panic. At the higher end of beta, at around 38 Hz – 70 Hz, the brain will fall into the Gamma.
  • Alpha (8 Hz – 12 Hz) – This is a state of relaxation and self relief. Hypnosis, autosuggestion is done at this level. This state is also known as ‘Accelerated Learning State’ because the brain seems more to be receptive and open to new information, particular suggestion. You normally experience alpha just after you awake and before falling into sleep. It’s the door to the unconscious.
  • Theta (3 Hz – 8 Hz) – A deep state of relaxation. Dreams (REM Sleep) and deep meditations are often associated with theta. Access to the unconscious mind.
  • Delta (0.5 Hz – 3 Hz) – Dreamless or Non-REM sleep. A state of trance and loss of body awareness. Maintaining awareness during theta could enable one to access to the unconscious and super-conscious mind (exp. people like Yogis and Zen monks who have practiced meditation for decades and attained higher consciousness).
We spend some amount of time in each brain state everyday; it is part of life cycle and most likely the state changes according to the activity that we are engaged in. Either it goes up or down.
If you have glanced through the list above carefully, you would have noticed that each brain state plays a different role in maintaining life’s vitality such as relaxation and self-relief, accelerated learning, accessing the unconscious and etc.
Now here’s the ULTIMATE question: what if there’s a possibility that we can train or induce our brain to go into the different brain states at will (anytime) and utilize the power of the brain state possesses?
For example; by inducing your brain into alpha, you can reprogram your subconscious with new beliefs that serve you and drop those that limit you. And in case that if you are not aware, the biggest obstruction that most people face in ‘self-development’ is having to change the past limiting beliefs. They either do not know how to do it or not knowing that beliefs are held in the subconscious, and again, which could be done in alpha, the path that connects the conscious to the subconscious.
Besides, by tapping into the power of the various state of consciousness, you could easily replicate the mind of a genius; think about Einstein’s or Mozart’s.
